Visa Application Forms
 Please fill out the online non-immigrant visa application form (DS-160).
Important: Every applicant is required to use the online visa application form DS-160, with no exceptions.
Note: Student visa applicants, besides the above-mentioned form, must present a valid I-20 or DS-2019 form completed and signed (provided by the educational institution).
Only the confirmation page of the online visa application form DS-160 must be printed.
Computer requirements:
- Internet browser that supports 128-bit encryption (either Microsoft Internet Explorer, minimum version is 5.0, with service pack 2 or Netscape, minimum version is 6.2).
- Ink-jet or laser printer to print the confirmation page of DS-160.
Instructions for completing an Electronic DS-160:
- Choose the Embassy or Consulate you'll schedule your appointment. All your information will be sent to this post.
- Upload your photo.
- Enter the information requested into the appropriate spaces on the form. Please answer all questions. Your answers must be in English.
- Review the information you entered before saving the form.
- We recommend you to save your form before you continue to the next page. Press the Continue button and wait while the system processes your data and opens the next page.
- Submit your application. If you don't submit your application the Embassy or Consulate staff won't be able to have access to your information on your interview's day.
- Print the confirmation page at the end of the process.
- The confirmation page contains a barcode and your uploaded picture printed.
- Bring the confirmation page to your interview and a picture 5x5 or 5x7 cm.
- The information you enter is submitted electronically to the post you choose.
